The Boise Cooperative Preschool offers two classes for children 3 to 4 years old and two classes for children 4 to 5 years old. The children come from a variety of ethnic, religious, and economic backgrounds and are at various stages of development. There are a maximum of 16 students in each of the 3/4s classes and 18 students in each of the 4/5s classes.
- All children must be potty trained.
- Children must be 3 years old by September 1 to enroll in the 3/4 class.
- Children must be 4 years old by September 1 to enroll in the 4/5 class.
Teachers (A fully-qualified teacher conducts each class.)
Miss Tara teaches the 3 to 4 year olds. She graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Child Care and Development. Throughout her studies, a great amount of emphasis was placed on understanding and working with diverse families. She feels that the classroom should be an extension of the child’s home. When making everyday experiences available for children to explore, they will naturally learn and have a love for it. She looks forward to being your child’s teacher and hopes to build a great partnership with the parents of Boise Cooperative Preschool. She believes every child deserves a great beginning and a teacher with passion. |  |
